Using a solution-oriented approach to corporate challenges, I have helped many companies address their documentation and training needs. In golf terms, I do not seek to avoid the obstacles. Rather, I clearly see and focus on the green amidst the sand traps and water hazards.

One of my outstanding strengths is the speed with which I grasp and adapt to new ideas or concepts. Many of my contract assignments have been in areas about which I had known nothing before the contract began. The research methodology I employ intentionally maximizes the effectiveness and efficiency of time spent with subject matter experts.

I am then able to draft documentation to address even the most complex ideas in terms that my audience can clearly understand–whether executive, engineer, software developer, or novice.
